All of each athlete’s training, in a single plan.

You plan their week, your athlete follows it in their app and you see what they did to prepare the next one.

Your client has it in their app

They see their week, open each session with your indications and your videos, mark what they do, log sets and loads, see their records in Progress and comment back.

The SERAC app on an iPhone: the client's calendar for the week of 12–18 October (four days completed, Friday's rest day and the weekend still pending), her weekly check-in ready to fill in, and Tuesday's Z2 run open, completed.

You know who needs your attention

You see what each client did against what you planned, their records, their weekly check-in, who wrote to you and whose plan is running out.

Trainer home, in Spanish: the “Need attention” panel, with one weekly check-in to review that flags soreness or low energy and four clients, each with their reason (their weekly check-in, no upcoming sessions planned) and their other signals on an “Además” (also) line: unreviewed comments, missed sessions and a plan about to end.

Start with what you already have

Don't rebuild your routines when you switch tools: upload your Excel or PDF, or paste the text, review what SERAC doesn't recognise and it becomes weeks ready to assign.

Frequently asked questions

Can I combine strength, running and mobility for the same client?

Yes. A client can have several active routines at once and several sessions on the same day, all in one calendar.

How does my client use it?

You send them your invitation link; they install SERAC on their iPhone, tap «Tengo una invitación» (I have an invitation), paste the link and create their account. The client app is in Spanish.

Can I use my own exercises and videos?

Yes, private to you and your clients. You also get the SERAC catalogue and content you can copy into your library.

How much does it cost?

During the beta, SERAC is free.
